Elves

Elves are a race of people in Illyriad. Many factions consist primarily of Elves. Actual players can also play as elves.

Elves have a permanent 5% bonus to spell power, but are most notable for their powerful Elven Trueshot archers which can excel even in assaults. Elves also have the fastest light cavalry and significantly faster diplomatic units than the other playable races, including their legendary scouts.

An Elven first city begins with the following plot distribution:
