Researching Command is the beginning step in unlocking all the Commander Upgrades. Command unlocks the four types of commander upgrade researches, which are: Defensive Tactics, Discipline, Offensive Tactics and Seasoning.
To research Command, you must first research Militia and have a Barracks of level 1 or higher.
